This premium shielding antenna test chamber was installed in a surprisingly short time for a very competitive investment. Our official representative for Mexico is SI-EMC, and their EMC, RF, and Antenna Application Engineer, Gibrán Pérez Mejía, explains the process.
Gibrán: “We have represented Comtest for two years now, and the team from Isatel de México asked us for a chamber with very specific requirements. When we proposed the Comtest premium shielding antenna test chamber, our client made a quick decision. It is quick to install, easier, and simpler, requiring fewer tools. We only needed a relatively small installation team, so for a smaller company like ours, it is even possible to complete a project like this in 3.5 weeks.”
Gibrán continues: “The entire project fits into just one container instead of two or three, so our team needed little space on the client’s premises. This solution also offered a lower price than the other brands, so our client is pleased: a short lead time, a good price, and most of all, the chamber’s performance is excellent, yielding outstanding results. At some frequencies, we even achieved isolation results greater than 130 dB, instead of the regular 105 dB.”
